Soilless Potting Medium.  We use HP Pro Mix and add 50% coarse size 3 perlite for a very open mix that allows the roots to breathe. The bag is a 1lb bag and holds enough soil to plant at least six 3" or M sized pots. The bag itself is a sturdy 4ml bag that is 10" x 12" in size.

i ordered the small hydro pots. My streps love them. They are doing very well. I have them under two 10 watt Halo led lights with timers set for 12 hours.
